AI Product Engineer
We're looking for a principled, full-stack AI Product Engineer who starts with the user problem and builds end-to-end - AI agents, product UX, data pipelines, backend APIs. You'll work directly with founders and customers to ship features that insurance marketers use to make real decisions. The ideal candidate loves to build, has strong product instinct, and can balance rapid software development with great user experiences. 3-6 years of production experience required.
Data Engineer
We're looking for a mid-to-senior Data Engineer to build the data systems that power our AI agents and insurance decisioning platform. You'll own end-to-end pipeline design and development, co-build ML model pipelines for propensity and cost forecasting, and architect data integrations with client infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings strong data engineering experience, deep curiosity, and a passion for building in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. 4-9 years of experience required.
