Your book, connected. Every customer, joined up.

The data layer is the customer data platform underneath Fountlabs. It connects to the systems your marketing already runs on, matches every touch to the person behind it, and builds the pipelines that keep answers fast and your warehouse bill sane.

The tools youalready run

Every source that touches your customer.

Fountlabs connects to the systems your marketing already runs on and keeps them in sync. Test a connection before you commit to it, choose exactly which tables come across, and always see how fresh each source is.

Don't see yours? Our engineering team will connect it, and we'll work with your team to get your main sources in during the first week.

From a click to a claim, one customer.

Clicks, form fills, calls, quotes, policies and claims are matched to the person behind them, across devices, partners and systems. That's what lets the profitability layer put a value on a lead, and what lets an agent tell you which campaign wrote a policy.

You can see how raw data becomes the tables you report from, step by step. When something upstream is late or wrong, you can see exactly which reports and numbers it touches, which answers the question every marketing leader asks about a surprising number: can I trust it?

A click in August, a call, a policy, a renewal. One person.

The data layer matches every touch to the customer behind it, across ad platforms, lead partners, your quote engine, the call center, policy admin and claims. That joined-up customer is what the profitability layer puts a value on.

Pipelines

Build it once. Stop paying for the same query.

A general AI agent pointed at your warehouse answers every question from scratch. Ask about cost per bound policy by channel ten times this week and it scans the same billions of rows ten times, and your warehouse bill shows it.

Fountlabs agents notice when a question needs a table that doesn't exist yet, build a pipeline for it inside the platform and keep it fresh as new data lands. The next person to ask reads a small, ready table in a fraction of a second.

Your data team stays in charge of what runs.

Pipelines an agent builds are drafts until someone on your team approves them. After that they run on a schedule, refresh only the rows that changed, and every answer says which pipeline it read from.

  • Visible, versioned and reviewed like any other code
  • Incremental refreshes, so the warehouse reads only what's new
  • Every answer names the pipeline behind it
  • Warehouse costs stop climbing with every new question

Put your definitions in once.

Fountlabs keeps a living record of how your business works: your products and how they roll up, what counts as a bound policy, how you group your channels, and the traps in the data that void a number without anyone noticing. The agents read it before every answer, so everyone on the team gets the same number for the same question.

  • Anything an agent suggests starts as low trust and is never presented as fact
  • Checked knowledge is ratified; only a person can make it canonical
  • Every change is recorded, so you can see what changed, who changed it and why

A policy with an issue date and a paid first premium. Policies cancelled inside 30 days don't count, and renewals are reported separately from new business.

Security

Treated with the care an insurer expects.

We've spent more than a decade building systems that hold high-risk customer and business data for Tier 1 financial services organizations. Fountlabs is built to the same standard, and our Trust Center shows the controls we have in place.

Your own workspace

Each customer's data sits in its own isolated workspace, separated at the database level. One company's rows are invisible to another's, and so are its questions, reports and definitions.

Credentials stay locked away

The logins you give us for your sources are encrypted for your workspace and never shown again, to you or to anyone else.

Everything is recorded

Every request carries a verified identity and every action goes into an audit log, so you can always see who did what, and when.

Run to a SOC 2 standard

Our security program is managed in Vanta: encryption in transit and at rest, MFA and least-privilege access, quarterly access reviews, and customer data deleted within 30 days of a contract ending.

Where it sits

Part of one system.

Everything in Fountlabs stands on the data layer. Because every capability works from the same joined-up customer, a number means the same thing wherever you see it.

Bring your sources. We'll do the plumbing.
